In nuclear facilities, in order to ensure that the airborne radioactive materials released from the equipment room and the hot cell do not spread to the surrounding rooms, it is necessary to keep a certain negative pressure in the rooms. By adjusting the valves on the air inlet and exhaust pipes, the inlet and exhaust air volume can be maintained to a certain difference, so as to meet the negative pressure requirements of the rooms. In this paper, taking the ventilation systems of solidification line rooms of a nuclear chemical project as an example, the model of the ventilation pipe network is established by using the FLoMASTER software. Based on the investigation, the characteristic curve of the fan and the resistance characteristic curve of the filter in the system are obtained, and the influence of adjusting different valves on the negative pressure and air volume of the solidification line rooms is simulated and analysed.
